Our Story
Our journey began in 2015, armed with limited resources and boundless determination. Danfe emerged from the “Awasar” project, translating to “opportunity,” initially launched by SAATH and later evolving into a social enterprise.
The initial stages were quite tough, but our unwavering resolve and the desire to infuse nature, tradition and narrative into Nepalese fashion fueled our perseverance. Our mission was clear: bridge the gap between marginalized communities and the world of fashion. We aimed to showcase their creativity, craftsmanship, and ethical work processes—ushering in an era of ethical fashion.
