About Us
Danfe Works, founded in 2017, is a social enterprise in Nepal focused on uplifting indigenous skills of marginalized young women. We produce “Made in Nepal” clothing and accessories through two portfolios: our retail brand “Danfe” and bulk merchandising arm “Danfe Merchandise.” We partner with “SAATH” to support community development.
Since 2019, we have been working on bulk orders, and in 2022, we formally established ourselves as Danfe Merchandise, specializing in ethical manufacturing. We serve as “Your One-Stop Solution for All Merchandising Requirements,” assisting organizations, companies, and individuals seeking high-quality, sustainable merchandise in bulk.
We focus on assisting everyone looking for bulk merchandise orders, including but not limited to schools, NGOs, INGOs, corporate businesses, cafes, luxury stores, educational consultancies, trekking companies, event organizers, and individuals. Yes, we offer full customization in sizes, colors, designs, prints, and embroidery. Submit your artwork, format, or we can assist with preparation.
Yes, we create and provide prototypes and samples for serious orders. Also, you can visit our display unit for better understanding our products.
At your request, we provide design conceptualization services to create fully customized products tailored to your vision. We can collaborate to develop unique designs.
We offer Screen Printing, DTF, 3D print, Sublimation, Hand Embroidery, Hand Painting and more.
Our standard MOQ is 50 units for optimal pricing. However, we can manufacture fewer units with adjusted pricing, making it accessible for startups or smaller projects. Note that lower quantities result in higher per-unit prices, while higher quantities lead to comparatively lower per-unit prices.
Yes, we provide end-to-end private label solutions, including design, production, and packaging for retail or wholesale.
Ordering Process
- Browse our catalogue or share your requirements via email/phone.
- Request a quote and approve design proofs/samples.
- Pay a 40% advance to start production.
- Production begins, followed by final payment and shipping.
Typically, 1-2 weeks from final order confirmation. Lead time depends on order size and current production schedule—larger orders may require additional time. Holidays like Dashain or Tihar may extend standard delivery.
Minor changes are possible before production starts; major changes may cause extra costs or push back the timeline. No changes are allowed once production begins.
Yes, we can apply different designs to bulk merchandise orders. However, additional setup fees may apply depending on the changes required—such as design variations, size adjustments, printing methods, or other significant modifications.
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before the Purchase Order (PO) is released. Once the PO has been released and production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
Pricing and Payments
Yes, a 40% advance of the order value is required before production starts.
We offer a 1-month credit period after the delivery of ordered products.
If a client requests customized designs or prints, sampling and delivery costs will be charged if a bulk purchase order is not placed after the customized sample is provided.
We accept bank transfers and online payment gateways (local/international). Contact us for details.
Shipping and Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx and domestically via local couriers.
Yes, we can handle drop shipping to multiple addresses. Simply provide the addresses when requesting your quote.
We’ll contact you to correct address issues (re-shipping fees may apply depending on case). Track your order with the provided tracking number. Delays due to customs, holidays (e.g., Dashain/Tihar), natural calamity or strike are beyond our control.
Ethics
We provide fair wages, safe workspaces, and skill training for marginalized women artisans. Our supply chain is transparent, ensuring ethical practices throughout.
Returns, Refunds and Support
Delivered products are non-returnable unless defective—please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or repair at no cost, ensuring client satisfaction.
